James J. McBrayer
Mr. McBrayer joined Entaire Global Financial, Inc. in early 1999 as a Risk Manager. Since joining the team, Mr. McBrayer has been rapidly promoted to Vice President and then to Senior Vice President of Sales, and most recently to SVP of Operations for Entaire and Chief Operating Officer for Entaire’s lending subsidiary: Global One Financial.
Prior to joining Entaire Global, Mr. McBrayer worked in the financial services industry as a registered representative with the nationally renowned New England Financial Group. While there, he worked as a financial consultant, where he developed and fostered a reputable high-end client base. Additionally, Mr. McBrayer specialized in analysis of clients’ personal and business financials, along with plan design, development and implementation.
Mr. McBrayer holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, Mr. McBrayer holds a BA degree from the University of Georgia, where he majored in psychology and speech.
As SVP of Operations and COO for G1 Financial, Mr. McBrayer is responsible for assisting in the management of internal company operations, which has him focused on the daily operations of Entaire Global Companies; overseeing Case/Loan Management and Product Operations & Administration.
Richard E. Cooper
Mr. Cooper joined the Company in March of 2009 as Chief Financial Officer where he assumed responsibilities for managing the financial and accounting operations of the Company.
Cooper brings 20 years of experience to Entaire Global. Cooper first started his career in 1989 at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in the audit side of their Emerging Business Services practice. From 1992-2002, Cooper continued his career focusing on private equity-sponsored strategic rollups serving as Vice President of Finance and Controller for Employer’s Security Company and Research Medical.
Other career highlights include serving as the Corporate Controller for National Refrigeration Services (NRS) which created the largest private commercial refrigeration firm in the U.S., and managing due diligence efforts and financial operations integration in Ingersoll-Rand’s climate control sector.
Mr. Cooper graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Master of Accountancy focused in financial accounting and from Tennessee Technological University with a BS in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Mathematics.
Mr. Courchesne joined the Entaire Global Executive team in June of 2010, bringing to the company over 25 years of broad experience in the banking, investments and finance industry. Mr. Courchesne’s areas of expertise include asset-based lending, premium financing, structured credit, interest rate derivatives, insurance, embedded value monetization, fund derivatives and commodity-based.
Most recently with Commerzbank (Dresdner Kleinwort), Mr. Courchesne was Managing Director of the firm’s North American Structured Credit Group.
Prior to Commerzbank, Mr. Courchesne held several management and trading roles within the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) including management of the Credit Arbitrage group.
Mr. Courchesne earned his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke in 1987.
Eric D. Stein
Mr. Stein joined Entaire in March 2007 as the Director of Marketing, Communications and Advertising, was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2009 and then Senior Vice President of Marketing, Technology & Communications in 2012. Mr. Stein brings over 18 years of marketing experience to bear in fulfilling his responsibilities at Entaire including: management of marketing functions and personnel, technology team leadership, strategic marketing planning, public and shareholder relations, web development, and advertising activities.
Before joining Entaire, Mr. Stein formed and managed The Eastover Group, a small business marketing consultancy located in Marietta, Georgia. Prior to the Eastover Group, Mr. Stein was Marketing Manager for Crane Materials International, where he developed and implemented numerous channel partner support, field marketing, and training programs. Earlier positions include Senior Product Marketing Manager for laser printing products at TallyGenicom, where he led the successful launch of enterprise and small business product lines in North America and Europe; Business Development Manager for Insight Public Sector where he developed and managed all federal government marketing and promotional activities; and Associate Product Marketing Manager with Worldstor, with responsibility for the implementation of product launches and marketing programs for co-located data storage products.
Mr. Stein holds an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. In addition to his employment and educational experience, Mr. Stein is a published author with articles appearing in numerous print and online publications and captain of a competitive BBQ team.
Jonathan D. Rosen
Mr. Rosen is an entrepreneur, wealth planning professional, and CEO of Entaire Global Companies, Inc., a privately-held, diversified financial services holding company. Mr. Rosen is the lead developer and co-inventor for 3 patents in the area of Leveraged Planning® and most recently joined the Board of Algaeon Inc., an Indianapolis-based biotech company that has developed a breakthrough patented industrial scale microalgae cultivation technology.
In 2009, he formed and funded the JDRosen Family Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to improving the financial habits of children and adults by changing mindsets about the importance of saving, investing, and wealth creation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Council on Economic Education.
Mr. Rosen began his career as a healthcare management professional and has extensive experience in physician practice management at the corporate level. He was the founder and CEO of EVI Medical Management Systems, a firm that provided consulting services to physician's practices. In this capacity, he managed multiple practice organizations, delivering a myriad of physician practice management services.
Mr. Rosen holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania and attended Emory Law School. His areas of academic concentration and research have included insurance, risk management and healthcare management.
